Create overtime rosters for the manager’s approval.
Collaborate with individuals from different teams as needed.
Inspect every piece of equipment that needs replacement parts.
Within 12 hours after a breakdown, notify the manager about malfunctioning equipment.
Ensure that housekeeping standards are met and upheld in all facilities, and notify the Manager of any issues.
Keep an eye on the quality and compliance of the work done by outside contractors.
Keep an eye on holiday labor requirements (bi-annual cleaning chores) and help with planning.
