ASLO is registered with Ministry of Economy of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The organization was informally established in 2012 and was officially registered with the ministry of economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2013. Registration number (2852) was awarded to ASLO through NGOs Department of Ministry of Economy Kabul Afghanistan.

Job Description:
· Recruitment & Staffing
- Support recruitment processes including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new staff.
· Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and ensure timely approvals.
- Monitor punctuality and absenteeism, and report to management as needed.
· Staff Records & Documentation
- Maintain updated personnel files and HR databases.
- Ensure proper documentation for contracts, staff benefits, and HR policies compliance.
· Performance & Staff Development
- Support performance appraisals, evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
- Assist in organizing training, capacity-building, and team-building activities.
· HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure field office compliance with organizational HR policies and labor regulations.
- Provide guidance to staff on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
· Coordination & Support
- Liaise with program and administrative teams to address HR-related issues.
- Promote a positive work environment and staff motivation.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR Management and HR administration experience, preferably in NGOs or field offices.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management.
- Having Master’s degree and Experience working with donor-funded projects is an advantage.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, HR management software if applicable).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
